The recruitment/hiring process normally starts weeks, if not months, before the beginning of a particular program. You will have a better chance of being considered for a position if you are prepared and plan ahead. For example, we hire a majority of the staff needed for our summer programs by April. We hire the most number of staff in that time period (spring) but we periodically hire for other positions throughout the year. Check back often for updated information.
